McDonald’s Fiji has announced the return of M-PAiSA services at their three outlets in the Central Division, following a month-long suspension related to system upgrades. The enhancements were implemented to improve the customer experience, as stated by operations manager Nazlan Jaleel.

Jaleel emphasized that the upgraded software brings the latest technology, aiming to make visits more enjoyable, efficient, and personalized for customers. The initiative includes the introduction of eight digital kiosks at the Nakasi outlet, which streamline the ordering process and reduce wait times. This service is also available at the Nadi outlet, allowing patrons to customize their orders with ease.

Mr. Jaleel, who has extensive experience with the global McDonald’s franchise, took on the role in Fiji three months ago and expresses a strong commitment to transforming the brand’s presence in the country. His leadership is focused on significant improvements that enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.

With these upgrades, McDonald’s Fiji is taking a proactive approach to not only modernize its service but also to ensure every visitor feels welcomed and valued at their family-friendly restaurants.

In a rapidly evolving market, this effort represents a positive step toward embracing technology that can ultimately lead to a better dining experience. It’s an encouraging sign of McDonald’s dedication to enhancing customer satisfaction in Fiji.
