Math enthusiasts from over ten primary and secondary schools across the nation gathered in Suva yesterday for the 2024 Fiji Mathematics Association (FMA) Nationals Finals. FMA president Vinod Sharan stated that the annual event aims to discover the best mathematical talent in Fiji, with at least 90 teams participating this year. “This competition tests knowledge, speed and accuracy in the students,” he noted. The national finals were organized by the FMA with support from the Ministry of Education.
