Mataks FC Clinches Top-Two Finish in OFC Futsal Championship

The highly anticipated clash between Mataks FC and Southern Legions FC lived up to its billing during the OFC Futsal Championship, with the winner securing a spot among the top two teams.

With momentum shifting, Southern Legions found their rhythm, resulting in goals from Kenny Sovuai and a quick response from Mataks’ Geoffrey Lema that brought the score to 5-5.

In a thrilling finale, Mataks FC rallied in the last two minutes with goals from Bunabo, Do’oro, and Mana, decisively sealing their victory with a final score of 8-5, ensuring their place in the championship.
