Matailobau Secures $34,600 for Community Development Initiatives

The village of Matailobau in Naitasiri has been granted $34,600 for community development projects. This announcement was made by the Minister for Indigenous Affairs, Ifereimi Vasu, who highlighted that these developments are part of a government initiative known as the Village Improvement Scheme.

The Minister expressed his gratitude towards the community members for their cooperation and efforts in supporting these improvement projects. The developments will include essential facilities such as community shelters, water supply systems, and educational facilities, as well as the installation of solar power to enhance energy accessibility.
