Marika Rodu has been appointed as the coach of the Bula Boys for the upcoming 2024 Melanesian Spearhead Group (MSG) Prime Ministers Cup, taking place in the Solomon Islands this week. He will lead the team in the absence of head coach Rob Sherman, who is unavailable due to prior commitments.
Rodu will be supported by Fiji FA Technical Director Timo Jankowski. The Bula Boys are set to embark on their journey today and will face Vanuatu on Thursday at 2 PM, Papua New Guinea on Sunday at 5 PM, and the Solomon Islands Development team next Wednesday at 7 PM. Their final match will be against the host nation, the Solomon Islands, next Saturday at 7 PM.
