A 30-year-old man was taken into police custody this morning following a drug raid in Raiwaqa.
Assistant Commissioner of Police – Operations (ACP) Livai Driu reported that the raid, carried out by the Southern Division task force, led to the seizure of zip lock bags containing white crystals suspected to be methamphetamine, digital scales, and smoking apparatuses.
ACP Driu emphasized that the sharing of information is welcomed and greatly assists ongoing efforts to reduce the supply of drugs.
Investigations are ongoing.
