Rakiraki Police executed a raid today on a farm, resulting in the seizure of over 600 plants believed to be marijuana. Assistant Commissioner of Police Operations, Livai Driu, reported that the operation took place in the interior of Nalawa. In addition to the plants, authorities confiscated branches and sacks of green leaves suspected to be marijuana. Three men were arrested during the operation and are currently in police custody. The head of Fiji Police Operations noted that their efforts to target individuals involved in the supply of illegal drugs are yielding results, with ongoing seizures of both white and green drugs across the five policing divisions.
