A 31-year-old woman has been arrested during a drug raid at the Mead Road housing complex and is set to appear in the Magistrates Court in Suva today. She faces a charge of Unlawful Possession of Illicit Drugs after a substantial quantity of what is believed to be marijuana was discovered during the operation.
The raid was executed by a collaborative team comprising the Southern Division’s Serious Organised Crime and Intelligence Department, K9 Unit, and Crime Intelligence Unit.
