Rakiraki Police conducted a raid today at a farm, where they confiscated over 600 plants suspected to be marijuana. Assistant Commissioner of Police Operations, Livai Driu, stated that the operation took place in the interior of Nalawa. In addition to the plants, police also seized branches and sacks containing green leaves believed to be marijuana. Three men were arrested during the operation and are currently in police custody. The head of Fiji Police Operations indicated that ongoing seizures of both white and green drugs are being carried out across the five policing divisions as authorities target individuals involved in the distribution of these illegal substances.
