Rakiraki Police conducted a raid today on a farm where over 600 plants suspected to be marijuana were confiscated. Assistant Commissioner of Police Operations, Livai Driu, reported that the operation took place in the interior of Nalawa. In addition to the more than 600 plants, authorities also seized branches and sacks filled with green leaves thought to be marijuana. Three individuals were arrested during the raid and are currently in police custody. ACP Driu emphasized that seizures of both white and green drugs remain ongoing across the five policing divisions as the Police continue their efforts to target individuals involved in the supply of these illegal substances.
