A serious accident occurred near Vitogo, Lautoka, involving a bus and a twin-cab vehicle, resulting in 18 individuals being hospitalized, according to the Fiji Police Force. The incident took place around 2:45 PM along King’s Road, when a four-wheel-drive vehicle attempted to exit Vitogo Road and collided with a bus that was traveling from Lautoka to Ba. The collision caused the bus to overturn on its driver’s side.
Among those injured is the driver of the four-wheel-drive vehicle. Authorities have launched an investigation into the details of the incident.
