Fiji Bati winger Maika Sivo has been granted a release from his contract for the 2025 season by the Parramatta Eels, allowing him to explore new career opportunities.

In a statement, the NRL club highlighted Sivo’s significance to the team since his arrival in 2019, when he led the league as the top try scorer. Over his 115 games with the Eels, he has brought excitement and power to the field, earning a devoted fan base known as the Blue and Gold Army. The club expressed gratitude for his commitment and service.

Parramatta Eels General Manager of Football, Mark O’Neill, extended appreciation to Sivo, his partner Korina, and their family for their contributions.
