The Minister for iTaukei Affairs, Ifereimi Vasu, has called for the reinstatement of 55 vacant traditional leadership positions in Macuata Province. During a meeting of the Macuata Provincial Council in Sasa Village, Mr. Vasu emphasized that, although 88 percent of traditional titles are currently filled, the remaining 12 percent of unoccupied roles pose a challenge to effective leadership and development.
