A young and ambitious entrepreneur named Abdul Shafraz from Vuda, Lautoka, is gaining recognition in the local jewelry-making sector, thanks to support from the Youth and Sports Ministry.
Earlier this year, in July, the Ministry provided Shafraz with vital materials and equipment that have significantly enhanced his growing business. Before receiving this assistance, he had taken a loan from the Fiji Development Bank to launch his venture. This recent intervention has been instrumental in helping him successfully repay that loan.
To widen his customer base, Shafraz has also ventured into online sales via his Facebook page, “Jewelry Heaven Fiji,” which allows him to reach clients across the nation.
The Youth and Sports Ministry is focused on empowering emerging entrepreneurs like Shafraz, showcasing their potential to contribute positively to the economy and community.
