The Lilian Amazon team emerged victorious in the women’s category of the Fiji Sports Council under-20 sevens rugby tournament held at Thomson Park in Navua, defeating the Senikakala Amazons with a score of 12-5. This win follows a series of successful performances by the team in earlier tournaments, including the Fiji Bitter Malake 7s and the Brimstone 7s, where they achieved commendable victories.

Coach Tihrani Uluinakauvadra acknowledged their triumph and expressed the team’s determination to be recognized as the best women’s rugby team in Fiji. He stated, “We’ve changed our goal this year. We want to be the best in Fiji, and we want to acknowledge God’s work within the team.”
