Leeds Rhinos have announced the signing of Fiji winger Maika Sivo from the Parramatta Eels on a three-year contract.
The 31-year-old player is currently representing his country in the Pacific Championships and has been with the Eels since 2019, amassing over 100 tries in the NRL.
Sivo’s move to Headingley marks a reunion with Leeds head coach Brad Arthur, who previously managed Parramatta for a decade.
He becomes the fourth new addition to the Rhinos’ squad since the conclusion of the 2024 Super League season, joining Samoa’s Keenan Palasia, Australian second-rower Cooper Jenkins, and full-back Jake Connor from Huddersfield Giants.
“Brad is a big part of who and where I am today,” Sivo commented. “When he reached out to me to come to Leeds, I immediately said ‘I’m coming’.
“It was a significant decision for my partner and me to relocate to the other side of the world, but we are excited about the challenge ahead.”
