Leadership Shakeup: Key Resignation in People’s Alliance Party

The Leader of the People’s Alliance Party, Sitiveni Rabuka, announced that General Secretary Usaia Waqatairewa will be resigning from his role. Rabuka pointed out Waqatairewa’s inefficiency as a Party Official and expressed his plan to seek Waqatairewa’s removal at the upcoming Management Board Committee Meeting. However, when contacted by FijiLive, Waqatairewa declined to comment on the situation. The Party recently held its Annual General Assembly in Lautoka. More updates will follow.
