Host district Lautoka has been eliminated from the 2024 FMF Inter District Championship (IDC) after finishing their final Group A match against Suva in a 1-1 draw at Churchill Park.
The Blues, needing a win to secure a spot in the semifinals, took an early lead thanks to a perfect strike by veteran midfielder Zibraaz Sahib in the 31st minute. However, Suva equalized in the 58th minute with a goal from Ni-Vanuatu Joe Moses.
As a result of this draw, Navua advanced to the semifinals alongside Labasa from Group A.
