Aporosa Yada delivered an outstanding performance, scoring two crucial goals in extra time, helping Lautoka secure a spot in the grand final of the 2024 Extra Supermarket Futsal Inter District Championship (IDC). The thrilling semifinal match took place at the Vodafone Arena in Suva, where Lautoka triumphed over Ba with a score of 5-3.
Lautoka started strong, with veteran player Taniela Waqa and Yada netting two quick goals to establish an early lead. However, Ba fought back as Etonia Dogalau scored just before halftime and then again early in the second half, leveling the scores.
