Peceli Sukabula managed to score a somewhat fortuitous goal directly from a corner kick. The ball took an unexpected bounce and slipped into the goal, catching the Tailevu Naitasiri defense by surprise and exposing a critical lapse in their match awareness.
However, in the second half, Tailevu Naitasiri’s Nischal Lal reignited the team’s hopes and energy when he got the equaliser in the 46th minute.
