The disruption, which began around 12:30 PM today, is affecting various areas, including Macuata Drive, Nalovolailai, Nasekula Village, Tuatua Branch Road, Covata Housing, Tuatua Housing, and JW Church Road.
The Water Authority of Fiji is working urgently to repair the damaged pipeline, with repairs expected to extend until approximately 4 PM. The authority indicates that water supply restoration should begin shortly after, around 4:30 PM, provided the system stabilizes effectively. In light of this situation, residents are advised to store water where possible and to use their limited supplies judiciously during the repair period. The Water Authority of Fiji has expressed apologies for the inconvenience and thanked affected customers for their patience.
