Labasa’s head coach Ravneel Pratap has announced that the team is focused on boosting their morale before their Round 14 DFPL match against T/Naitasiri, aiming to continue their home winning streak. Pratap acknowledged that the team’s confidence dipped following their 4-2 defeat to Lautoka in Round 13.

“The morale has taken a hit after the Lautoka game, so it’s crucial to get the players focused and prepared, particularly since we’re playing at home. We have maintained an unbeaten record in DFPL matches at Subrail Park this season, and we aim to keep that going,” Pratap stated.

He emphasized that Labasa is working on strengthening their defense, which faltered during the Battle of the Giants tournament. “The players are enthusiastic about scoring, but they tend to neglect their defensive duties, and that’s where they face consequences,” he added.
