Osea Kolinisau has been officially reappointed as the head coach of the Fiji Airways Fijian 7s team for the next four years, as they prepare for the Los Angeles 2028 Olympics. This decision follows extensive discussions with coaches, team managers, and captains, along with an independent review.
FRU Interim Chairman Peter Mazey praised Kolinisau’s outstanding performance over the past four months, highlighting his skills and vision for the future. “He has significant plans for moving forward that he will disclose in due time. We are enthusiastic about the prospects of our men’s Sevens team under his continued leadership and are dedicated to pursuing gold at the Los Angeles 2028 Olympics,” Mazey stated.
