Kiwis Bounce Back with a Dominant 4-0 Victory at Sanatan World Cup

Defending champions, the New Zealand All Stars, secured a commanding 4-0 victory against Sigatoka in their second match of the Rams Group of Companies 10th Sanatan World Cup, held in Sydney.

After being held to a 0-0 draw by Melbourne in their opening match, the team, led by captain Sandeep Raj Singh, improved significantly and netted both of their first-half goals.

Jayden Reddy opened the scoring in the 17th minute, skillfully maneuvering past goalkeeper Ravinesh Singh to find the net. Midfielder Dhanush Chandra added a second goal with a powerful free-kick that slipped through the hands of the diving keeper.

Sigatoka’s squad included notable players such as Ravnesh Karan Singh, Romit Narayan, Patrick Joseph, Ravinesh Reddy, and Savinesh Mudaliar.

The Kiwis maintained possession and continued to dominate in the second half, securing a third goal from substitute Evinish Prasad. Reddy later sealed the victory by converting a penalty, bringing the final score to 4-0.
