Fiji Bati star Viliame Kikau has been honored for his outstanding performance during the 2024 NRL season with the Bulldogs, receiving the prestigious Dr. George Peponis Medallist award. After facing challenges last year with only nine appearances, the 30-year-old delivered one of his strongest seasons in the NRL, playing in 22 matches, scoring four tries, assisting four more, offloading 41 times, and breaking the line on ten occasions. Kikau made his international debut for Fiji in 2015 during the Melanesian Cup against Papua New Guinea, contributing to a 22-10 victory from the interchange bench at Robina Stadium.
