Free-flowing Fiji kava was the highlight of a recent event in Atlanta, USA, where Kava Korp partnered with local kava bar Kava Mama to host a community gathering. The event provided free kava to survivors of recent hurricanes, aiming to foster a sense of community and support.
Kava Korp, which operates a modern manufacturing and export facility in Colo-i-Suva, made a generous donation to Kava Mama for this initiative. John Sanday, director of Kava Korp, praised Kava Mama for its significant contributions to the growth of the kava industry in both Fiji and the Pacific.
“We want to help those impacted by the devastation, demonstrating our gratitude and solidarity during difficult times,” said Mr. Sanday, noting that Kava Korp is not the only business reaching out to support hurricane survivors. Kava Mama had yet to respond to inquiries at the time of this report.
