Kartik Aaryan’s latest horror-comedy film, “Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3,” has achieved remarkable success, gathering over Rs. 108 crores within just three days of its release. The film started strong with an impressive opening of Rs. 36.60 crores on Friday, followed by a rise to Rs. 38.40 crores on Saturday, and a slight decline to Rs. 33.50 crores on Sunday.
This opening weekend not only marks a personal best for Aaryan but also surpasses the record set by its predecessor, “Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2.” Aaryan’s achievement positions him as one of the leading stars of Hindi cinema, particularly among the newer generation of actors. He is now the first actor from his cohort, aside from Ranbir Kapoor, to reach a century in just three days.
The film also broke records for director Anees Bazmee, having earned the highest opening weekend figures for his career. With the positive reception and momentum, “Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3” is poised to cross the Rs. 200 crores mark within the next week.
Despite competing with the popular film “Singham Again,” “Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3” has garnered widespread acclaim, underscoring the film’s strong performance at the box office.
This success not only showcases Aaryan’s growing star power but also highlights the audience’s appetite for diverse genres like horror-comedy, reflecting a positive trend in the Bollywood film industry. It’s exciting to see such enthusiasm for Hindi cinema, hinting at a promising future for both films and stars alike.
