Lemeki Senikau, the captain of the Ratu Kadavulevu School Under-17 rugby team, is focused on enhancing his kicking and positional skills ahead of the Vodafone Deans Trophy final this Saturday. Speaking to SUNsports following their 38-11 victory over Ratu Navula College in the semi-finals, he expressed confidence in his team’s upcoming match against Marist Brothers High School.

Senikau emphasized the importance of relying on divine support for their performance on the field. “We will have to remain calm under pressure in the final against Marist Brothers High School,” he stated.

He credited the strong unity among players as a key factor in their success. “This win is dedicated to our parents, friends, and former students. We faced numerous challenges during our 13-week training program, but the players persevered,” he added.
