Juveniles Charged in Shocking Lami Rape Case

Three individuals, two juveniles aged 13 and 15, and an 18-year-old, are set to appear in the Suva Magistrates Court today facing charges of allegedly raping a 13-year-old boy in Lami last month. The charges stem from an incident at the end of August, where the victim was reportedly coerced into performing sexual acts at a relative’s home. The victim’s mother reported the incident to the Lami Police Station earlier this week. The three accused are charged with rape and will be presented in court.
