Indian national Joshua Raj has officially joined Bula FC as the club’s strength and conditioning coach for the upcoming OFC Pro League season. Arriving in Fiji last week, Joshua has already started collaborating with the squad as they gear up for the league.

Bringing over seven years of experience in high-performance fitness, Joshua has worked with athletes in India, the Middle East, and Europe. His diverse background equips him to provide valuable insights into the development of the players’ physical abilities.

Expressing his gratitude, Joshua conveyed his enthusiasm for the opportunity to be part of Bula FC and the football scene in Fiji. He noted the potential within the team, mentioning a promising blend of young talents and experienced players. Joshua emphasized the importance of cultural exchange through the incorporation of foreign expertise, which he believes will enrich both the team and the coaching staff.

Prior to his role at Bula FC, Joshua served as a Strength and Conditioning Coach with the Indian Football Federation, where he gained experience with men’s, women’s, and age-group national teams. At the club level, he was the Performance Coach for Malappuram FC in the Kerala Super League, where notable Fijian player Roy Krishna played last season. Additionally, Joshua has provided his expertise at the Rapidsportfitness center in India.

With Joshua’s arrival, Bula FC looks set to enhance its training approach, providing a boost in preparation for the competitive season ahead. This new chapter signifies an exciting opportunity for both the player and coaching staff as they work towards success in the OFC Pro League.
