Fiji National University’s College of Medicine, Nursing, and Health Sciences (CMNHS) has opened applications for enrollment in Semester 1 of 2025. Prospective students are encouraged to apply for a variety of healthcare programs available at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
Acting Dean Dr. Amelia Turagabeci emphasized the university’s commitment to supporting student success. She stated that applications for enrollment are now being accepted and prospective students can begin the enrollment process at CMNHS. The admissions committee will conduct a thorough review of all applications, with final enrollment decisions made after the results of external examinations are announced.
Dr. Turagabeci noted that in previous years, many qualified candidates missed out on their preferred programs due to late applications. She urged students to complete the enrollment process within the designated timeframe to avoid any issues.
The CMNHS aims to develop highly skilled healthcare professionals who will positively impact Fiji’s healthcare system. The college offers a robust curriculum that prepares students with the essential theoretical knowledge and practical skills needed for success in their chosen professions.
Dr. Turagabeci expressed enthusiasm for welcoming the next generation of healthcare leaders to CMNHS, highlighting that the programs are designed to cultivate both academic proficiency and a commitment to community service among graduates.
