Fiji National University (FNU)’s College of Medicine, Nursing, and Health Sciences (CMNHS) is now accepting applications for enrollment in Semester 1, 2025. Prospective students are encouraged to apply for a wide variety of healthcare programs at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
Acting Dean Dr. Amelia Turagabeci emphasized FNU’s commitment to supporting students in their educational journey. “Applications are now open for the College of Medicine, Nursing, and Health Sciences. Students can officially begin their enrollment process as the admissions committee undertakes a thorough review of all applications. The final enrollment decisions will depend on the release of external examination results,” stated Dr. Turagabeci.
She also noted that in past years, many qualified candidates missed out on their desired programs due to late enrollment. To mitigate this issue, students are urged to complete their enrollment within the designated time frame.
CMNHS is focused on developing skilled healthcare professionals capable of making significant contributions to Fiji’s healthcare system. Dr. Turagabeci remarked, “The college provides a thorough curriculum that equips students with both theoretical knowledge and practical skills needed for success in their fields.”
She expressed enthusiasm for the incoming cohort of future healthcare leaders, highlighting that the programs are structured to produce graduates who are not only academically proficient but also compassionate advocates for their communities.
Interested candidates can apply online at the FNU website or contact the Academic Team via email or visit a nearby FNU campus for assistance. For additional inquiries, students can text the toll-free number 857 for Vodafone and Inkk users. The application deadline is October 31, 2024.
