National goalkeeper Jerome Narayan has officially joined the Macarthur Rams, a semi-professional football club based in New South Wales. The 22-year-old from Sydney rose to prominence last year after playing a pivotal role with the Bula Boys, participating in all group matches during Fiji’s FIFA World Cup Qualifiers in both Suva and Port Moresby.

The club made the exciting announcement on Instagram, stating, “Announcing a stellar signing for season 2025. Fijian international goalkeeper Jerome Narayan is coming home to Lynwood Park in 2025.” Narayan’s performance over the past seasons has been commendable, leading to his first full international match for Fiji in a FIFA World Cup Qualifier in October 2024.

Before joining the Rams, Narayan played for Dulwich Hill FC in Sydney. The Macarthur Rams compete in the Football NSW League One, which is recognized as the third tier of Australian football.

This signing marks a significant milestone for both Narayan and the Macarthur Rams, as they seek to strengthen their squad ahead of the upcoming season. With Narayan’s talent and experience on the international stage, fans and club members are hopeful for a successful campaign in 2025.

Overall, this move not only reflects Narayan’s growth as a player but also highlights the increasing recognition of talents from Fiji on the global football stage.
