Under the guidance of coach Gurjit Singh, the team dominated Lautoka with a 6-0 scoreline in their opening match of the Over 40s category and followed it up with a 2-0 win against Canberra. Former Tailevu Naitasiri midfielder Sudeshwar Ram has emerged as the team’s leading scorer, netting five goals thus far in the tournament. The Island Boys are set to face Melbourne in their next match later today.
