The police have initiated an investigation into the reported break-in of former Prime Minister Mahendra Chaudhry’s vehicle at the Fiji Labour Party headquarters in Suva. The investigation comes after an official report was filed by the party’s administrators.
According to a statement on social media, the rear window of Mr. Chaudhry’s vehicle was shattered, indicating a possible attempt to steal money. The statement also revealed that fingerprints were collected from the scene, and authorities suspect they may belong to young individuals.
