Some male students at a secondary school in Cakaudrove are currently under investigation for allegedly raping a fellow male student in the school dormitory. Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Kemueli Baledrokadroka, the Divisional Police Commander for the North, confirmed that an investigation is underway and remains in its early stages. He refrained from providing additional details but emphasized that such incidents highlight the negative consequences students may encounter when either unsupervised or influenced by certain factors. The Acting Commissioner of Police, Juki Fong Chew, has been informed about the alleged incident. The individuals involved, including the victim and the suspects, are all within the age range of 14 to 17 years.
