International Striker Set to Boost Suva FC – Exciting Transfer News!

Vanuatu’s national marksman, Joe Moses, is heading to Fiji to join Suva FC for the remainder of this season. The 21-year-old, who played for Galaxy FC last season, aims to strengthen Suva’s attacking force.

Joining the team as the third international striker this mid-season, Moses follows Solomon Islands’ Gagame Feni and Jaygray Sipakana. His addition is anticipated to bolster Suva’s offensive capabilities.

Moses, who recently stood out at the OFC Nations Cup where Vanuatu reached the final, expressed his excitement. “I was so happy when they (Suva FC) messaged me and asked me to go and play for them. It is a dream come true for me,” he told Vanuatu’s Daily Post.

This marks Moses’ first international club opportunity, and he is eager to gain experience and make his family and nation proud. The young player also aims to support his mother in funding his younger sister’s education, despite his own educational pursuits taking a backseat to his football career.

Joe Moses will be contracted for six months, with an option for renewal.

In other news, Flick Hygiene Suva will compete against Extra Supermarket Labasa in Round 12 of the Digicel Fiji Premier League at Subrail Park on Saturday.
