Labasa Women’s and Rewa Women’s teams fought to a 1-1 draw in their latest match during the Women’s Inter-District Championship (IDC) held at the Fiji Football Ground in Vatuwaqa. Rewa took the lead early with a goal from Lora Bukalidi, but Labasa equalized just before halftime when Unaisi Tuberi successfully converted a penalty kick.

Both teams showcased their determination in the second half, with intense attacking plays and several chances created. However, neither side was able to secure the winning goal, resulting in a hard-fought draw that reflects the competitiveness of the tournament.

In a separate match earlier in the day, Ba Women’s FC displayed outstanding form by decisively defeating Nadi Women’s FC with a 5-0 victory, further intensifying the race for the championship.
