Russia launched a wave of heavy airstrikes on Ukraine on Thursday, resulting in the tragic deaths of two people and injuries to 23 others, with significant damage reported across Kyiv. In talks with Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio conveyed that more flexibility from Moscow is essential for advancing negotiations.
