During a recent visit to the State House, President Ratu Wiliame Katonivere of Fiji welcomed students and staff from Adi Maopa Secondary School in Vanuabalavu, Lau.
The President expressed gratitude to the teachers for their support in allowing students to tour the State House in Suva. He shared his joy in hosting visitors from the outer islands.
President Katonivere congratulated the students for their determination in making the journey from Vanuabalavu and encouraged them to take advantage of the learning opportunities available on the main island. He motivated them to set ambitious goals and work towards achieving them upon their return home.
Furthermore, he challenged the students of Adi Maopa Secondary School to study diligently and strive for academic excellence, aiming to become self-reliant young adults in the future.
