A heartwarming moment unfolded on Thursday as Monisha Mamta Rao, a 38-year-old mother of three, received her award at the Fiji National University graduation ceremony held at the Vodafone Arena. Overcoming the challenges posed by a physical disability, Ms. Rao was filled with pride as her name was announced from the podium.

After a year of hard work in Labasa, she earned the National Training and Productivity Centre Excellence Award in Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management, one of only two recipients of this prestigious honor.
