Vasemaca Ratusaitadra, a student at the University of the South Pacific, celebrated a significant milestone after being awarded a Bachelor of Commerce in Business Management. This achievement comes after five years of dedicated study, which began in 2019.
Originally from Nasegai, Ravitaki, Kadavu, Vasemaca has expressed gratitude towards his family for their support throughout his educational journey. He emphasized the importance of perseverance and commitment, especially during challenging times such as the COVID-19 pandemic when he faced difficulties like not having a laptop for his online classes.
Despite these challenges, Vasemaca’s resolve has served as an inspiration to his peers, particularly to six fellow students who also achieved their degrees from the university. His story is a testament to how determination and hard work can lead to success, encouraging others to remain focused and trust in God during their educational pursuits.
He also advised fellow students to maintain a resilient spirit, avoid negative influences, and remember the sacrifices of their parents in order to achieve their goals.
