Inmates’ Hunger Strike Ends: What’s Next for Their Health?

The Fiji Human Rights and Anti-Discrimination Commission has announced that it is looking into the situation of two inmates at the Naboro Maximum Corrections facility who recently engaged in a hunger strike. A team from the Commission visited the inmates to address their concerns.

In a statement released, the Commission mentioned that the Fiji Corrections Service informed them that the inmates ended their hunger strike the previous night.
