A devoted fan has commemorated Labasa’s latest victory in the inter-district championship by adding the year 2024 to his collection of tattoos. Rajesh Kumar, a resident of Siberia in Labasa, has inscribed the years his team has achieved championship success on his right arm.
Kumar first got a tattoo in 2019 as a symbol of his loyalty to the team. He expressed pride in displaying his tattoo, declaring himself Labasa’s most passionate supporter. During an interview, he shared his plan to continue adding the years of each victory to his tattoo, stating, “This will ensure that my hand remains a living testament to the triumphs of my beloved district.”
He emphasized that the club’s significant victories inspire his commitment to showcasing his fandom.
