Swire Shipping Fijian Drua flanker Vilive Miramira has shared that joining the franchise has significantly transformed his life. At the Ratu Kadavulevu School Old Boys Fun Day event held at Albert Park in Suva, Miramira described his transition to the Drua as “the best decision of my life.”
The former Nadi player stated, “Joining the Drua has impacted me both on and off the field,” highlighting how he has improved his lifestyle management, which has positively affected his performance during matches. Miramira, who became part of the Drua in 2022, made his first appearance in the season opener against the Waratahs.
Having attended Votualevu College, he expressed his aspirations to represent Fiji on a larger platform. “I’ve been working hard with the goal of making the national squad. Wearing the national jersey is a dream I hope to fulfill soon,” he remarked.
To date, Miramira has participated in 30 matches for the Fijian Drua and is anticipated to play a crucial role when the 2025 Super Rugby Pacific season commences early next year. His dedication and development make him a player to keep an eye on in the forthcoming season.
