The $75 million Hilton Garden Inn project is set to reshape the tourism landscape of the city, according to Prime Minister Sitiveni Rabuka. He noted that this investment signifies a major advancement for the nation’s capital.
“This project reflects Fiji’s emerging status as a prime investment location, promising to invigorate our economy, generate employment, and position Suva as a key destination for both tourists and business travelers,” Rabuka stated.
He urged others to take inspiration from such investments, highlighting their importance for the future development of the nation.
Scheduled for completion in August 2025, the 178-room hotel will offer high-quality amenities, including a gym, swimming pool, restaurant, and bar. This is just the first phase, with a waterfront retail development planned for the future to further enhance Suva’s attractiveness.
