In a thrilling conclusion to the FIFA International ‘A’ Friendlies Tri-Nations Series 2024, Hong Kong-China clinched the series title on goal difference after a 1-1 draw against the Fiji Bula Boys at Churchill Park in Lautoka.

The match began with excitement as Fiji’s Dave Radrigai scored a spectacular diving header in the 18th minute, giving his team a 1-0 lead at halftime.

In the second half, Hong Kong-China came back with renewed energy and managed to equalize, changing the dynamics of the game. Both teams fought fiercely, creating several opportunities, but neither could find the back of the net again.

The draw allowed Hong Kong-China to take the top position in the series standings due to a superior goal difference, securing their victory in the Tri-Nations Series.
