Hilton Fiji Beach Resort & Spa has warmly embraced the festive season with an array of celebrations and community initiatives aimed at fostering joy and connection throughout December. Kicking off the holiday festivities, the resort held its annual Festive Tree Lighting Ceremony on November 30, bringing together team members and guests for a magical night filled with Christmas carols from the award-winning Hilton Fiji Team Choir, delicious treats like eggnog and cookies, and a delightful visit from Santa Claus that charmed families and children alike.

As part of its commitment to the community, the resort launched a Christmas Stationery Drive, encouraging staff to collect essential school supplies including bags, notebooks, coloring materials, and games. These donations support local children and families as they prepare for the upcoming school year.

In addition to these initiatives, Hilton Fiji hosted a special Festive Luncheon, welcoming children, caregivers, and teachers from Nadi Special School, as well as residents from the Golden Age Home and Loloma Home. The culinary team prepared a sumptuous buffet lunch, served by team members, many of whom volunteered their time—including on their days off—to ensure a memorable experience for all attendees.

Carey Osborne, Hilton’s Cluster General Manager for the Fiji Islands, emphasized the company’s dedication to hospitality and community service. “Sharing the light and warmth of hospitality is at the heart of everything we do,” she stated. She highlighted the importance of giving and caring during the Christmas season, expressing pride in the team’s efforts to uplift the community through festive celebrations and meaningful outreach.

As Hilton Fiji Beach Resort & Spa continues its festive programming throughout December, it invites guests and the local community to partake in the magic of the season, embodying the warmth and generosity characteristic of Fijian hospitality. With such initiatives, Hilton Fiji not only spreads holiday cheer but also reinforces the spirit of community and togetherness that defines the festive season.
