The Permanent Secretary in the Office of the Prime Minister, Pita Wise, has resigned from the Civil Service for personal reasons. This information was confirmed by Luke Rokovada, the chairman of the Public Service Commission. Mr. Wise held the position of Permanent Secretary since January 2023 and has served in various capacities within the government for over 30 years.
