Shaneel Prakash, the owner of Arisha’s Indian Cuisine, is urging the community to support small businesses at the Hibiscus Carnival, while also emphasizing the enjoyment that the festival brings.

Having participated in various events across Viti Levu for the past three years, he recognizes the invaluable support of his wife as they work to recover the $2,000 stall fee by Tuesday.

Prakash’s stall features a variety of offerings, including Indian cuisine, BBQ, subs, and hotdogs, with Indian dishes being particularly favored by attendees this year.

He is contemplating an expansion of the menu for future carnivals.

The favorable weather conditions have contributed positively to sales, drawing in a significant number of customers.
